Bajaj has launched the new Chetak 35 Series electric scooter in India, with prices starting at Rs. 1.20 lakh. Called the 35 Series, the new Chetak is cosmetically little changed over its previous model, but now features notable changes such as a bigger battery, better range and more tech on board. There will be three variants on offer, the 3501, 3502 and 3503. Prices for the 3503, however, have not been announced yet.

The scooter is going to have the facility of up to 35 liters of under seat storage. In which the rider can keep many other important things including helmet.
The new Bajaj Chetak 35 will have many standard features including 5 inch FTF touch screen, digital instrument cluster, navigation system, music control, call management, document storage. Apart from this, special features like anti-theft alert, geo-facing, accident detection and over speed alert have been given in the scooter for safety.
The big feature change is the inclusion of a new TFT touchscreen display between the instrument cluster and the handlebar for infotainment functions on the 3501. The 3502 gets a non-touchscreen display. The system also features built-in navigation from Maples. Supports smartphone-based connectivity functions like call accept/reject and music control. The Chetak also offers some connected features like remote immobilisation, overspeed alert and accident detection, as well as on-board storage for digital documents.
